The mouse does not work
The problem can be caused by several reasons. Go through the steps below to solve the problem:
–Make sure the main unit is connected to the USB-port on your computer and that the light indicator on the main units shines with a red light. If the light indicator does not light up, try connecting the main unit to another USB-port on your computer.

–Connect the charging cable that you will find underneath the main unit to the mouse. The battery indicator should now start to flash. Charge the mouse until the battery indicator stops flashing; this can take up to four hours. The mouse may be used while charging.
–Synchronise the radio connection between the main unit and the mouse.
• Press down the button/light indicator of the main unit, the light indicator should now start flashing.
• Next, press the synchronisation button of the mouse.
• The light indicator of the main unit should now start flashing rapidly.
• If the synchronisation fails, retry the synchronisation procedure. Interference in the air may affect the synchronisation, which is why a few attempts may be required
